Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Vero eSIM mobile application and the eSIM data plans offered through it. By creating an account or buying a plan, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

Vero eSIM is operated by COLLE LAB LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). Vero eSIM resells mobile data plans from upstream connectivity providers. We act as a retailer: when you buy a plan, we forward your order to the upstream provider, who issues the eSIM profile. We are responsible for the customer experience, billing through Apple, and support. The provider is responsible for the actual network connectivity.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and have an iPhone XS / XR or newer with iOS 12.1+ to use Vero eSIM. eSIM functionality must not be blocked by your carrier (your device must be carrier-unlocked).

3. Purchases & payment

• All purchases are processed by Apple In-App Purchase. Apple charges your Apple ID payment method.
• Prices are shown in your local currency on the App Store. Taxes are included where required by local law.
• Plans are one-time consumable products. Buying a plan delivers a finite amount of data for a finite duration; the plan does not auto-renew.

4. Delivery

• Most eSIMs are delivered within 10–30 seconds of purchase. In rare cases, provider delays can extend delivery to a few minutes.
• If we cannot deliver an eSIM within 1 hour, you are entitled to a full refund. Email support@collelab.io and we'll process it via Apple.

5. Refunds

• Refunds are issued through Apple. Use reportaproblem.apple.com to request one. Apple's refund policies apply.
• Once an eSIM has been installed on a device, the data plan is considered consumed and is generally non-refundable. Apple may grant goodwill refunds at its discretion.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal activity, including unlawful interception or fraud.
• Resell our eSIMs commercially without a written agreement.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the app or its backend.
• Use the service to violate the destination country's local telecom regulations.

7. Service availability

We strive for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. Connectivity quality depends on the destination country's local networks and is outside our control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, with notice for paid-feature changes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of Vero eSIM is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these Terms materially, we'll show a notice in the app and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after a material change means you accept the new Terms.
